- 1 green apple, cored and quartered
- 4 mint sprigs, leaves only
- 2 big handfuls of spinach leaves, washed
- Juice of 1½ limes
- ½ cucumber, roughly chopped
- Put all the ingredients into a juicer or blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture needs a little help going through a juicer then add a little cold water as you juice.
- Serve in a tall glass with ice.
